![]() | SECURITY Released: 1985 (CAS) Contributors: Danny Bloudoff (vocals), John Oglow (bass), S. Rosin (rhythm & noise). This cassette is the result of a series of radio broadcasts from CITR (University of British Columbia) which had commissioned works from underground experimental artists from around the world. These broadcasts where eventually consolidated into this cassette compilation. Artists were asked to submit recordings which dealt in some way with the concept of security. The Jet Corporation track, V.C.P.D., was recorded as a response to police harassment of the group when they held regular "rent parties" at their studio warehouse. This track is included on the Jet Corporation CD collection. To read the liner notes for the track, click here. |
