Most of the material on this collection was produced between 1993 and 1995 with the exception of track 9 which was remixed in 1996 from a recording originally done in 1988.

This is a fairly eclectic collection of recordings, but the emphasis is mostly on rhythm with a few more ambient pieces tossed into the mix. Some of it is very tongue in cheek.
